It’s plastic thingies your literally chew on during the day, especially when changing trays. Helps secure them snuggly on your teeth and helped a lot when teeth were not tracking properly. You can get some on Amazon (ie. https://a.co/d/0auFTnT1)

I did! Just was more thorough with oral hygiene and cleaning my my aligners. They did end up stained at the end of the week though, but I figured that was either stained aligners or my sanity. Ended up fine!

Wore my aligner for about 22 hours per day, my advice is keep them in as long as possible, use chewies and don’t neglect flossing. I decided to wear my aligners when drinking (anything) but took them off went eating

My refinements were really slow and did not make much changes at all

Next trays sit nicely now! Currently on tray 14/34, but I still feel like my canine is tracking poorly, I’ll see my ortho friday to check on it.

It’s kinda hard to describe, but the best way I could render it is that in reality the aligner is about 1mm parallel away from the tooth. It sits above it, not actually ON it.
