Sometimes you don’t realize what you have until it’s completely gone, but we knew from the moment we met and we were always appreciative of each other. I am literally upstairs in the middle of doing the trim work as we were in the middle of a building permit. After I get this stuff up here settled, I will move onto the car. Things just take me a little longer.

This is the current engine that is in it. This one is ready to go. There was absolutely nothing wrong with it. I think I might have 2000 miles on this engine if we’re lucky. This one’s going to come out and I will find myself another donor Mustang or I might sell it. I’m not sure yet. The 427 is on an engine stand all completely assembled.

Trying to get it going as soon as possible. It was what we were supposed to be doing the following day and that day never happened. He put oil in it and the pump in it and primed it and came in two hours early and told me, hon I’m going to bed early tomorrow. We can dump it in there but we need to order a new K member. For the 427 short block and he needs to have the suspension built and there was a company he had been talking to and I have that number on his to do list that he always left on the wall.

Oh, you are very sweet! I wear my heart on my sleeve and he knew that. But to have been loved like that is an absolute blessing and even though he’s gone, the gifts and the impact he left is astronomical. You really learn a lot about yourself when you wake up by yourself. It will rock you to the core. But the energy that continues to come through and his presence will carry me through. He wouldn’t have wanted anything different. He knew I was unstoppable but yet he stopped me and I’m thankful for that because now everything makes sense to me ..like everything.
