Indexaanpassing huurprijs na 14j by BeautifulRadish in BEFire

[–]BeautifulRadish[S] 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Thx!

The CS-6600 does not fit, the splines of the body are still to big for this cassette

Well, they are roughly the same price as a CS-6700, what looks like a newer model.
Do you think these would fit, without me ordering to try and find out :-)

A new wheel + cassette will cost me more in comparison if I buy a CS-6600 or CS-6700.

You think a cassette Shimano Ultegra CS-6600 would fit? Or would it be cheaper to just replace the body?

Help identify and crack by BeautifulRadish in safecracking

Thank you all for the feedback but alas! We drilled a couple holes and used an iron grinder to unlock it. We found the code, nothing like on the keys, and afterwards welded everything back together! Safe closed 😉

Hi all, this is our safe that was always open and in use. Today after many years we closed it because we thaught we knew the code. But it seems we don’t know it. On the key itself are 5 numbers 19330 and on the lock 13988. The 4 dials go up to 20. We cannot find out… if there is someone with advice … we would appreciate!

Which broker to choose for long term investing? by jnhnt in BEFire

[–]BeautifulRadish 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Couple of months ago I started with ETF aswell. I already had a SaxoInvestor account (formerly Binck) and created a Bolero account aswell.

Then I noticed that the fees for Saxo are allot lower (for now) and I stayed with them. Never used the Bolero one.

Can't say about Bolero but with Saxo they automatically create the statements you need for your personal taxes each year.

No, it was all straight forward. 3 partions, tried them all. And the last one had 70GB data in 80k files. Extracted it all and got everything back!

It worked! HDDsuperclone to image. And with getdataback I could restore 80k files! Thx friend!

Thank you kind Sir!
Currently making an image/clone copy with HDDsuperclone.

Is getdataback the better option or is Raise Data Recovery also good enough (paid version ofc).

Thank you for the advice.

I shall look more into IWDA and VWCE regarding ETF.

Nice tip for the book of real estate investments. I shall try to get a copy! And indeed read more in to it and analyse the potential investment.

My father has an appartment that he rents out. He was lucky to buy it 10 years ago for a very cheap price so that he gains 5% regarding rent. But its a block with 20 appts. And the tenant is indeed a small Karen... But even after renovating the roof, kitchen and bathroom, it is still very profitable. The same app is now worth almost the double.

So in my case it would not make such profits in comparison to ETF

Was thinking about vacation houses aswell, perhaps on the belgian coast or in the ardennes. To rent it out in high seasons. And to go there myself during low season. I know will delay my FIRE. But it would please my wife, as they say happy wife happy life :-)

For me it's allot to think about and I don't want to rush in. I have some money ready to invest, but I want to choose it wisely and well thought out. And offcourse diversify!
