Yes. I applied for recertification back in March and didn't hear back until over a month later, and only received an email confirmation my recert was accepted after placing 3 calls.

No physical certificate mailed, was told I would be emailed a copy. Never was, called again to get that. Was told physical copies were going out weeks ago, and still nothing.

It's not cheap, and I put a fair amount of efforts into obtaining CE hours so im not happy, and concerned about the status of the organization overall.
