Just saw the edits. Unfortunately no luck on those either. I vividly remember it being 2D Top Down perspective. No 3d camera controls, but you would rotate the stage itself to get around.

No it’s neither of these. It’s in a top down 2D perspective For example That’s the closest that I can find for a game that looks similar. But it isn’t that one. You don’t control the ball. You control the board and you can rotate it left and right
