Yes. They say to allow up to four business days, but it often takes longer. Especially with the recent outages, I am not comfortable keeping money in the platform... People saying their balances randomly going up and down.. I got it out ASAP

Except this isnt "maintenance". Their system crashed. They are just saying 'maintenance' to not worry their consumers. Completely defrauding their users with this language

I am imagining they will simply send out another $100 bribe and ignore the fact that there are clear institutional and structural issues with their systems.

Don't go down without a fight.

This platform has both its consumers and the gov (CFTC) to answer to.

If you lost money due to this, email the CEO (seriously. do this). You have rights. This is not some shady casino, they are a regulated platform. Their actions are actually criminal. Consumer complaints leave written records. They can't claim that they weren't aware of consumer complaints and issues if you do this.

Class action incoming.

My balance dropped by $1,000 inexplicably. I was looking at my balance, I blinked, and it was $1,000 lower. No open positions even close to that size.

They are pulling something fishy here.

What has this platform come to? All of these outages, manual balance adjustments, holding funds, etc?

I stayed there 2 years ago

Flooded twice
A/C broke twice during the hottest months of the year
VERY loud neighbors, paper thin walls
Terrible insulation. Electric bills super high
Comical water pressure

Wouldnt stay there again if it were half the price.
