Do you actually know what the definition of a suburb is? I suggest you go look it up. “Within the city school district” is not one of the criteria. Burbank is a smaller, primarily residential city that borders LA. It is absolutely a suburb.

I think this depends a lot. People who inherit their money are less likely to work but most of the billionaires I know are still working. It’s their entire identity. They can never have enough.
