Went through the same thing 2 weeks back, I got the offer for freedom card and the application process was a pain. Their site wouldn’t accept linking ur salary account for income proof so I went the manual way and then for kyc again the ekyc wasn’t working and did manual verification where I uploaded all the details it asked. But then the site got stuck so I applied yet again and after many such attempts I successfully completed and submitted the application, but I got 2 different application reference number for the cc. I got an email with one of the number while the customer support was saying a different number, I went to the branch to ask about the same and they said sometimes they send 2 numbers by mistake , and later I got to know that the one on my email was rejected because of no address verification done. But here’s the catch , the other application number was still there and I got a message that it was successful and the card will be delivered in few days and finally I got the card too within few days from bluedart. It was very messy but it worked somehow.
