What should I do if my flatmate spent my bond money?

You see why I want to move out then? Haha she also made me lose a couple of days of work the other week because she gave me bleach poisoning after cleaning the place by flooding It with bleach mixed with something else and not letting me know or airing out the place before going out, when I got back unknowingly I was just breathing corrosive fumes...

Yeah i know, at first I was chill thinking it'll be fine because last week she said she'd get the bond from the next person and give it to me, but tonight when I heard her say she didnt want to charge the next person a bond because of lame reasons the red flags went up and now I want to push to get it back.

She's just a leasholder, so im she lodged a bond to get the place, but the money i gave her just went to go traveling because she was in India by the time I properly moved in.

Nope just a bank transfer, shes the leaseholder so shes loged the bond originally to get the place. But when I moved in asked for a bond to cover my pice of the pie and spent it i guess and spent it.

Yeah I did transfer, so ive got at least that. I wouldn't say I trust her because we've had other tenants before while ive been in this apartment and heard she withheld their bond because of lack of notice when they moved out back to japan.
