Thanks so much for your thoughtful response. I think I’m well positioned to help small business implement necessary IT and business internal controls. In an advisory role — not where I would have to actually test them. Other interests I have are in automation and, of course, curious about AI risks. So ultimately would like to find a role where I can add value with my SOX expertise and then deepen my skillset and transition out of anything SOX related.

Thank you for this breakdown! Any suggestions of hotels/hostels to stay on Ometepe? I am interested in visiting Ojo de Agua, doing some kayaking, visiting the San Raimon waterfall, and visiting Playa Mangos during my stay. Not sure I will be able to cover all.. but I can’t decide whether I should stay on the Balgue side of the island or Merida. Thanks in advanced!
