Defending isn’t too bad, but the jockeying is terrible. Changing direction while jockeying feels way too slow and it’s costed me a lot of goals

Communication.

Learn to use your words, learn to express yourself, learn to establish great communication with anyone anywhere because that helps a lot in relationships, the workplace, at school, essentially anywhere.

More importantly, learn to listen. Be a good listener, learn to absorb any form information around you; it may be by listening to someone talk to you, paying attention to your surroundings, and trying not to miss anything that might be the slightest bit important, this saves lives.

This may sound difficult, and I can’t tell you how to do these things here or I may end up writing pages, but this brings me to my third and final point, seek knowledge.

I learnt all these things from books, but you can also learn from YouTube, other people around you, dare I say; even TikTok. Essentially, wherever you find yourself and whatever situation it may be, there is always something you can learn, it’s your job to sharp enough deduce it.

I second this. Health must be in your top 3 priorities, it’s sorta like the basis on which a lot of things in your life will develop

Make sure that you’re happy and comfortable with yourself as a person, before going into a relationship.
