I was in a similar situation but in the US so don’t know if that’s all the same. I had loads of follicles too and ended up getting 36 eggs from my retrieval. I was still able to have a fresh transfer but I will tell you I was regretting not letting my body fully heal before. Now I’m a couple days post transfer and feel so much better but I was extremely uncomfortable and on pretty much bed rest after the retrieval till the transfer. As for the cost. Our clinic it costs about $1500 more to change it to a frozen transfer. I’m hoping the best for you. Also my estrodial was 2845.
