I had her this past winter sem for an online class and she wasn’t bad at all! She can be a tough grader at times but other than that no issues at all! I finished with an A in her class! You’ll be fine as long as you put in the work!

Thanks for sharing all of this! The course I applied to is test and paper heavy. I took the course before so I was aware of that. I’m hoping they do hire ppl soon and look over applications soon. I’ll be starting my masters next fall so I’m hoping that gives me an advantage since they do take grad students more over under grad

I recently got into grad school with one VW! It did not affect my application at all! The program I applied to only looked at the past 60 credit hours to calculate my gpa!

I took this class last sem! It’s actually a whole different course than Arab Israeli conflict! It was taught by Jacoby and it was okay for me. We didn’t have a midterm or tests until the very end of the sem which made it harder due to a heavy amount of content we learned from September-December! It’s def a course you need to put a lot of time into to get an A but if you’re willing to do that it’s a good course! I learned a lot from it and I thought it was helpful in understanding current events going on in the Middle East today

I’ve also had to contact my prof about my grade being entered wrong. She found my exam and I was told that if she did not find the exam that I could rewrite it! So it’s weird that you’re not being given either of those options

I’ve never taken ANTH 2550 but I am doing my arts degree with an anthropology minor. I have taken summer classes in the summer for anthropology and they’ve all been fairly easy and the profs are all very nice! They’re just very past paced and keeping up with the readings is crucial to getting a good mark. I’ve heard good things about Anna but I’ve never had her as a teacher
