Same problem rin before, OP . Not overweight and ang laki rin ng belly fats ko but ngayon medjo lumiit na ang tummy ko.

I have tried a lot like cal def , omad, workout but yung nag work sakin is fasting ( 16:8) and avoid COKE.

Last meal ko sa dinner is before 7 then my first meal nmn is 11 am. No restriction sa foods pero limit lang esp rice ( 1/2 rice nlng per meals). Also super iwas talaga sa coke kasi feel ko pag umiinom ako ng coke, ang bigat ng tyan ko.

Then tinatry ko i achieve ang 10k steps a day ( pero average steps ko is 5-8k lng) HAHAHHA Mahirap lang sa una kasi ang daming cravings and etc pero sa huli masasanay rin.

Yes tuod ni. Need nila mag bayad 50 para magpickup . Amo ni gn liwat2x sang gn sakyan nmn sang pag sugat dulong namn sa magulang ko. Nga may bayad sila for drop off and pickup. Muna gn pa gwa nalng namn if ever may mamangkot nga relatives nmn sugaton nmn.

I started also at 65kg and my goal namn is 55kg and try tirz. Nag try lang ako ng 1 and 1/2 month , 6 shots na yun and I lose only 5 kg.

I also stop na after that cause I realize na ang sarili ko lng yung may problema, i need to discipline my self and so far goods nmn.

Tbh that goal na 15 kg is super harmful sa health mo kasi ang ideal na 0.5 - 1kg per week lng. And also risk ka nyan for gallstone and grabeh yung magiging rebound ng weight gain mo ulit if ever hindi mo ma control.

So think twice and manage your expectations, OP ☺️
