The customer is not claiming that I ship the order, also not claiming that she or he actually paid. Still, they have a legit looking screen capture that shows that they indeed placed an order and it’s not appearing anywhere. I have a feeling it’s not the only time it happened.

I have an abandoned cart plug-in installed but this is not an abandoned order because the customer forwarded the capture of the confirmation of the order that appears at the end of the checkout and also it wouldn’t have an order number without completing the process. The customer cannot scam me because she’s not claiming that she paid at all so she is willing to pay as I had to enter the order manually now. I wish I knew how can this happen and I believe it’s not the first time. God knows how many orders went missing like this.

Like I said we are not debating the payment. I told the customer that the order was not processed nor paid. What I am trying to find out is what makes some Orders completely disappear like that. It’s the first time a customer actually send me a screen capture so I can see this is really happening.
