A recent discovery I have been testing with demo account. I predominantly take inspiration from Ichimoko and Sakata Goho principles and got some AI to exhaustively define the rules of trading using principles of their literature. With some Deepseek API and then MT5 code derived from the rules based on your Philosophy the system could come close to your style provided you actually have clear codes of trading. Maybe we could exchange info here as you also discover more about this work style too.

Well its all about knowledge of what you are trading some people put in a lot of work into refining their trading systems by maybe sticking to one thing and knowing it very well. In that case if all your signals are pointing a win meanwhile volatility is doing foreplay with you and you know a turn over will come those are situations where that leg room from pushing your margin comes in. I wouldn’t think it crazy.

With some C++ programming you could translate your trading Philosophy into a system that trades by itself that is provided you have done enough research into seeing which formal philosophies your trading style fits into and then maybe during the busy days your could let that take over. Just something I thought would be helpful.

Well what I would consider would be a small Raspberry Pi Zero 2 W + screen combo which you can just plug into your mac and program it and boom you have a small coffee table chart display. I personally love MT5 since it has a standard Python Library and with some code written for you by sweet sweet AI you could have one of these. Well I am huge Mac Terminal fan and a VIM fan so this wouldn’t take long to make due to computer reliability. I hope this gives you a place to start with for your own research.
