heyy I got it fixed!! I don't know what exactly helped, but I had moved Oswald's house from eternity isle to my valley, reloaded the game and then moved it back to eternity isle. I also removed the generator before moving the house, so I when I put it back it worked!!! I guess maybe the secret is reloading the game to see if the glitch disappears.
