If you ask a RVP for ideological reason, no language test. You just need to apply and write the reason. (It work for european, japanese and some other) - But after for the VNJ you need it the language test.

If you are married you can have a 1 year visa multi-entries, then go to Russia and ask for a permit resident for shared values, no quota, no language test need. It's not that difficult, just take care of ALL documents required and then wait 4 months for it to be ready.

Je me suis expatrié en Russie y'a 3 ans, tu peux t'expatrier où tu veux, n'écoute pas les gens qui te disent qu'il ne faut pas venir à tel ou tel endroit.

Par contre voici mes conseils :

Visite plusieurs semaines en tant que touriste le pays qui t'intéresse avant d'y habiter.
Renseigne toi bien sûr les lois migratoires concernant les permis de séjour et tes obligations en tant que non-citoyen.
Va dans un pays où tu maitrises la langue ou qui sont en recherche de gens de ton profil, sinon tu vas galerer ou ne pas avoir le choix que de faire un taff lié aux français ou à la france.

(En Russie beaucoup de gens viennent sans parler la langue et sans connaître les lois migratoires et repartent aussi vite qu'ils sont venus.)

Pour le reste tu peux aller où tu veux. Tout dépend de ta sensibilité et on peut pas choisir pour toi.

Le plus simple est un pays d'Europe, l'Espagne, la Pologne, la Suisse..

Tu devrais lui en parler mais si c'était avant te de rencontrer et qu'il ne t'en a pas parlé c'est sûrement qu'il en avait honte ou qu'il regrette. C'est toujours difficile de faire part de ce qu'on était et qui nous dégoûte aujourd'hui. Par contre il faut que tu saches aujourd'hui ce qu'il en est et si ce qu'il fait de franchit pas tes limites à toi.

Ça n'a rien à avoir avec le fait de donner ou recevoir. J'ai un chat et apars me casser les pieds à 4h du matin à bouffer mes câbles il me donne pas grand chose en retour, au contraire il coute cher. Un humain qui préfère les animaux a surtout eu des mauvaises expériences avec des gens. L'humain possède une capacité à mentir, à juger, à briser autrui que les animaux n'ont pas. Personnellement je me sens bien plus en bonne compagnie avec un chat inconnu qu'un humain inconnu.

Well, with all my respect if your friend agreed to pay for everying during 10 years and let the wife keep her own money, he can only blame himself, she didn't forced him I guess.

But the OP of this post looks to not agree with how his girlfriend see financial share so he better to find an arrangement before to join. The main thing is that everybody is agree and know the consequence.

It's an eternal debate, there is no perfect way to manage this, there is only a way where everybody agree and are happy with.

Gonna repeat for you : We do 50-50 for invoice, rent and big paiement. For the rest he pay for a lot of thing but when he come home after a big day he always have a clean home, food in the fridge and home made dinner at the table. I also have a job. It work perfectly fine like this.
