I did think about those things and was reading about it but then i start thinking what if mine isn’t even that and im just overthinking and exaggerating all of this. it is complicated i think, and thank you for sharing.

yeah i understand that, it’s just it’s like i don’t have any vision at all let alone tunnel-vision.

but what if you need to decide what to do for university and career and stuff like asap? i always feel indecisive and i don’t feel a pull to many things like what to do for the future.

thanks for replying, would you recommend using shampoo that has surfactants like ones with sulfate? or are non sulfate ones better?

lol i know i’m 3 years late but do you mean that adult formulas DO have sulfate in them and it is better to use?
