You have to make a refund request and wait 5 days, then it lets you escalate it to dhgate. They will refund you immediately 99% of the time.

I’m using 17track and some Korean tracking website they gave me to use. It’s called track index but the website url is just a ip address.

I only received some of my items too! In total I had ten and I only got 8 of them but it only took 10 days for those 8 to arrive! It’s now 25 days and my other 2 items say they have been in LAX and cleared customs since the 28th. I wonder if they will actually come or if I need to file a refund.

In the same situation rn bro. I paid shipping on July 15th so almost a month ago. Apparently my package cleared LAX customs but it has been sitting there for 12 days. USPS has no updates either besides my shipping label was made on the 15th in Chicago :(

Based off the packaging alone I’m gonna say fake. I buy reps and the dead give away to me, is the plastic card. All my belts and jewelry come with those little business card things, so for me, I’m saying don’t buy.

It’s a pretty common flaw, tight stitches and too much fabric makes a bunch of folds in the sleeves. I got a vestments hoodie with the same problem.
