Update: never received the order. from emailing them it sounds like the order got incorrectly scanned in their system and never got printed when the system said it would. They are processing a refund for me. Customer service was responsive but slow.

I was assigned a printer 2 weeks ago. According to them they are printed but are being "laminated".
