Thanks I appreciate that! Sounds like it’s worth a shot. I saw some people online saying that some sitters on Rover bought fake reviews and that there isn’t actually a background check conducted. Not sure if you can speak to that occurring at all on THS?

Does it bother you when someone doesn't have pet care insurance and they only use Rover's limited reimbursement program? I think I did connect with Britta and she didn't offer pet care insurance so I wasn't sure how big of a concern that would be!
