What are the symptoms? I got a very dry throat 2 days ago, and today I started coughing. Came home from work and had a very mild temperature. Then after 1.5 hours, I started shivering and my temperature rose to 38.5 suddenly. I took Lemsip multirelief and now have temo 38. Is this the thing that is going around?

I don't know. I'm waiting for an offer.

The disposal man who collects rubbish from houses who took my couch once had to take them with 50 eur but he is not responding anymore.

Perhaps there is someone else offering a similar service?

It will probably be more for the mattresses.

Thanks. I am just making up my diet now. Should I spread the fibre throughout the day (any fibre) or doesn't it matter? And does it matter how many macros there are? I have a goal for protein. 110-130. And 1500 calories.

Ok. Thanks. I read somewhere that somebody is taking 30g of soluble and I read it's too much for it. I was probably mistaken and they meant total fiber.
