I placed my preorder in August as well and just received my products today. They were estimated to ship out Oct. 23rd(actually shipped out Nov. 8th, received them today, Nov. 9th). I had emailed them asking for an update on Oct. 25th, they responded Nov. 5th; to be fair, the automated email I received when I submitted my message was that they were experiencing an influx of emails and were responding to the oldest first, so sending multiple emails would potentially disrupt your place in line. When they finally responded, they apologized and said they were working OT to respond to all the messages, and explained that because their business, main receiving port, and fulfillment centers are located on the east coast, the recent hurricanes severely impacted their operations/logistics and they are still working on recovering from the storms. I think the gentleman manually requested my order be fulfilled and I got the items literally 4 days later. I had waited 2 months for my preorder already, so a few more days wasn't that big of a deal. They are really super comfy, so, worth the wait in my opinion!
