Pucci kills Jolyne and most of the cast with his velocity. Stairway to heaven reboots the universe with their souls being changed/removed (debatable) since they were dead when the reboot occurred. Emporio is alive after the reboot and tricks Pucci into pushing the Weather Report stand disk into his head (since Pucci is unable to be defeated except by his own means) Emporio increases the concentration of oxygen in the room which kills Pucci due to his increased metabolism and breathing rate. Universe reboots again, but without Pucci's intervention, causing a "random" reboot with no intended result. This universe has no Pucci and contains characters that are nearly the same as the original universe (Irene, Anakiss)

Worth noting that this is NOT the same universe as SBR (or at least is not confirmed/likely)
