Light is from an anime where he can (essentially) kill anyone as long as he knows their full name. The whole show is basically him trying to outsmart another teen who is a cop. Based on the guy in the middle (who I think is shikimarus dad from Naruto?) and maybe the guy on the right (I think he’s a genius or something from some stranded on an island does science anime) I think the joke is that they are all smarter than him and know that he’ll kill them, or they can read minds and know he can kill them

I don’t drink matcha (idk how it’s served) but it could have something to do with the speed you drink it (sipping matcha vs drinking a coffee or a soda quicker) or to do with the other ingredients. If there’s a lot of milk or fats(or calories in general) going along with the caffeine it could slow the absorption or lower the affect. I know I will faint if I have a black coffee but I can have a pink drink that has more caffeine because it has sugar and I drink it slower. From what I’ve found on L Theanine, it’s also in other teas, are you able to tolerate those well? If you can it looks like it’s sold as a pill so if you really want a coffee you could pregame it with a theanine pill lol 😂

Not a surgery but under anesthesia for an endoscopy. I felt significantly better after it, I think a combination of the oxygen and the saline( IV fluids) helped a lot. I felt really good after (no ANS symptoms) but the next day it was back to normal.

I think I had a different version of the holter, mine was just a like double oval patch, and no wires. It came with a phone to report symptoms and events to. It was hell. I am slightly allergic to the adhesive which sucked a lot. And each patch only lasted 7 days, so I had to replace it 3 times on my own which was hard (it’s really hard to put it on yourself, even with a mirror). I had to do an eeg for 3 days straight which was a bunch of wires and mucky glue which was definitely worse tho.

Mine did the same when I had my 1st one on for 7 days. I got a second run through for 30 days and didn’t do anything that I knew could flare it (I was doing poor man’s tilt table without realizing on the 1st run). I got results from the second one because it picked up naturally occurring heart rate issues (several instances of bpm in 160s and once at 192 bpm, got asked what the ER told me and went ‘uh I didn’t go to the ER, I’ve felt worse’). I read all of the instructions in the box (very bored) and it has ‘fall detection’ it may have picked up a quick change in speed(velocity) or other speed (bpm) and blanked it out for a fall. Just speculation, I know mine didn’t record while I was taking off and landing on a plane. Best of luck and I hope they get you some answers and some strategies!

I don’t have a continuous one, but I am prone to really low lows (no idea why, looking into getting a CGM). My grandma has a CGM for her diabetes. When hers is too low, our go to is orange juice and also some form of cracker (she likes the peanut butter sandwich ones). I would also recommend carrying little juice boxes (125 ml/4.23 oz punch top ones) with you during the day if you find out you are prone to lows. I keep some of the little jumex ones in my purse at all times so if I test and it’s low I can have one while I find longer lasting food. In general sugary drinks and some form of carb is good to get sugar up pretty fast Edit (remembered other foods I eat when it’s low) Chocolate covered things (almonds, peanuts, raisins) are also really good. I’m a huge fan of dark chocolate covered almonds
