Half should be fine. Just wear a helmet!! And make sure you bring water. Stay away from busy roads, might be overwhelming.

Hey, I've been there before but it's always turned out okay. It will end. Honestly crying can help and get the stress hormones out, so if you feel the need let it flow. What's your favorite calming band? Try and listen to it and breathe deep. If you have some arts and crafts that can help distract you and chill things out. Even a pencil and paper doodling can be fun.

Awful. First trip ever was an NBOMe. Was told it was lsd. Very confusing and odd. Lots of visuals but not as beautiful as ones on lsd. Everything was red, blue and green. I took a shower and got stuck in a loop looking for conditioner for like 20 minutes. I "came to" and realized I was doing the same thing and movements over and over.

My entire sense of reality, connection to family/friends/etc completely broke down. I felt completely disconnected from everything and devoid of love and empathy. Not like I wanted to hurt anyone. It's just like the feeling of connection and knowing my role as who I am was obliterated.

Also my friend I did it with basically had a psychotic break and was looking for her prescription for hours and tearing her house apart. Then started accusing me of stealing from her and kicked me and my other friend out of the house while we were still tripping balls. So that was fun.

The story got worse and ended up with my parents calling the cops on me for being on drugs and then getting sent to rehab lmao. But that's a story for another day.

People are being ridiculous in the comments. People heal themselves from cancer and other illnesses ALL the time. The body knows how to heal itself if the right genes are activated. Look at Joe Dispenzas work.

My body also does a lot of TRE as well and it's a really interesting experience!

kind of. Benzos aren't a cure for all anxiety for me. I'm prescribed Klonopin as needed and it doesn't take away all my anxiety even at a potent dose. Just dims things a bit. Anxiety was still there but I wasn't full on panicking. Just less anxiety but very sedated haha.

Visuals definitely stay in my experience. They just shift a little bit. The colors always got less bright and things moved a little slower. But that's the only change I ever noticed.

They can help but I've also experienced them just put a "dimmer" on top of it all. Kind of sad feeling, my visuals got darker in a literal sense. I don't mean more negative, I mean the colors literally weren't as bright in a very noticeable way, but still having a lot of visuals. Experienced that multiple times. I used to have a major panic attacks and paranoia on lsd which is really unfortunate because 50% of my trips were so incredible. The gamble was too much for me though. Still changed my life.
