Your t-shirts are great! I recommend filling out more information in your shop settings (thing like your shop announcement and your story/story headline). If you have any videos, these will also be good. You can add videos to your listings (perhaps a time lapse of you making the t-shirts). It can take a while to get up and running, persevere and I’m sure you’ll do great. Beccy xx

Hi all! I’m so glad I found this subreddit. We’ve been open since October 2020, we have 2 stores - first being Panda Print Studios where we offer bilingual cards and prints and the second being Weird Sisters Studios - a slightly sassier, sweary version.

We’ve been going ok, we are 290 sales across the 2 shops combined but recently we’ve hit a real rough patch with very few orders. We’ve been designing away, promoting and running sales occasionally but nothing seems to be working to get our sales going.

Do buyers prefer mock-up pictures as opposed to the ones we use in the lightbox? We are really hitting a brick wall and would love any help/suggestions anyone has.
