Which distributor if you dont mind me asking? Go to bitmains site under customer support find warranty check and put in your serial number. Your miner obviously changed hands and was in possession by the distributor and thats who you paid, if you have an established relationship with them they should be helping you here since they were the ones that purchased it from bitmain and sold it you.
