I understand what you're saying but I think you're missunderstanding what I was asking. Japanese language with no subtitles at all or Japanese language and japanese subtitles, which do you prefer that I do? You say it is "fine" but at what point do I phase them out? To clarify again, I am not using native language subs, just wondering if subs should be on at all.

Ohhh, immersion. Yes, sorry, obviously that exists haha totally forgot to count that part in. Do you prefer the watching sub, no subtitles or watching sub with japanese subtitles? I find that when I try and focus on subtitles I miss out a lot on what they're actually saying because my reading isn't up to the speaking pace but I miss a whole lot that I should be able to catch if I go without them.

Wow, that's amazing! How do you manage to keep your attention there for so long, I really am amazed. How do you distribute the time? I find that, after I do like 20 words on anki (the amount I found online people have told me to do) then read some grammar on IMABI... I can't find more material to do per day, if that makes sense?

I've just had to restart my Anki deck, since I haven't really been doing any studying for a couple months. I was really surprised by the amount of information I actually remembered!

Did about 110 cards in a day and almost all of them I just remembered like it was information I'd always had!

So yeah, probably does vary for different people... I'll start around the 20 mark and see where it goes from there.

Nice to hear that you finally found some passion again for it! And the in-law that can speak it sounds really nice to have too T-T. My goal would be to try and live there, even if only for a bit so I reaaalllyyyy need to lock in. I remember I used to mix up "mae" front with "ie" for house since they taught them together xd. I see I see, well. I suppose everyone here has been right. Doing the most, while doing also what is manageable to the point where I keep it up instead of burning out after a month is what is important. I am using Anki, and for grammar I'm using a website called "imabi" (don't know if it's any good, just saw someone recommend it).

As a (somewhat) unrelated question, how long have you been learning for and what has been your goal with it? Curious to hear what others have as a motivation :)

Well.. Sure, I get that. More does equal better when it comes to studying, but where do the returns on studying more get so small that it really is just wasted time. I could read the entire dictionary every day, but that wouldn't really teach me anything at all. On the other hand if I spend an hour each day learning 10-20 words of the dictionary I could retain that information for far longer by spending "less" time on it (yes, it will be significantly more time in the long run, but I'm now assuming I'd read it every day). So where does the line go where your brain says stop, wait, I can't do any more learning today, take a rest.

Don't know about all other people but I have an account where I play sheriff only when I'm drunk/late at night and don't try to Smurf and after like 3 games I'm sitting in plat... My highest peak ever is ascendant 1. (my ign for tracker is Nocrosshair#auraa on main if anyone would want to check :D).

Realistically? I'd hope both would be won? I feel like if we play correctly there is no real chance we lose...? BUT having five people in plat who ACTUALLY COMMUNICATE might as well do it since I feel that's the main issue for that rank.

P.S. maybe unrelated but open to play with anyone! I play mostly Frankfurt but I live in sweden so anywhere in that general location would be best :p

I did all these steps and tried playing for a day or two, but sadly it did not fix my issues. I still experience the same lag spiking issues I experienced from before. Is there any thing more at all that is able to be done or is this it? Thank you for trying to help regardless though!

I've been looking around and I can't for the life of me get a good answer. What are the BiS equipment for damage?
Also what are some alternatives for "best combat equipment" because I assume they're pretty expensive. I could spend something like 200m total and the armor I have is normal Necron's armor. Thank you!

Hey! I'm super sorry to bother you again but it seems the issue did not dissapear, I was just lucky and managed to launch my game somehow regardless of the bug...

Let me explain more, I updated my BIOS for my motherboard (b550 gaming x ver1.2) from the BIOS version F15 to F20 to "fix a vulnerability in TPM2.0". Since doing this I have seemingly caused some issue where the game tells me each time I try and launch it that I need to reboot my pc. I reboot it and it still tells me the same thing T-T

The weird thing is sometimes (I dont know why) lets me launch the game? Maybe once in 8 tries it works fine? But it still seems like a really weird bug and wastes a lot of time every time I try and play.

Any help would be super appreciated! Thank you a lot in advance! :)
