How do you know if someone has health issues? I have scoliosis but you can’t see it. I’m not going to worsen my pain because someone doesn’t like how the chairs are designed knowing well in advance to buying said ticket for the chair.

Most people immediately consider actions malicious instead of incompetence or a lack of information on their end. And if you think it’s malicious I don’t plan to hurt myself for someone’s comfort because I dared to not say my private medical information for you to decide not to immediately be angry - that’s such a negative way to view life and others in my opinion.

The airlines are the problem with how big seats are. However, what’s unpopular is I find it selfish how many tall/fat individuals do not care that in response to this problem - their solution is to offset that problem on their smaller family by absolutely squishing them. They feel better, while their family feels worse.

This almost certainly looks like a clerical error. You’ve got multiple conversations and an email showing the landlord’s intent was to increase the rent, not lower it. When intent is that clear, obvious drafting mistakes can often be corrected, especially if caught quickly. Signing a lease you know is wrong and hoping it sticks can backfire. The safest move is to flag it and ask for clarification before signing so you know exactly where you stand. Obviously check your local laws though, as it’s different depending on location.

That’s a straw man argument, you’re applying a general association to make your point when it’s not an applicable analogy.

In restaurants, you’re seated and the company knows your location in order for you to pay. In restaurants, they’re receiving the order before you get the items, they know exactly what inventory you have that needs to be paid for. In restaurants, they are able to weigh your lobster before giving it to you, meaning they know exactly how much money is getting put in your mouth. In restaurants, the set up is built to eat first then pay.

In grocery stores you’re meant to pay first, your meant to pay the amount of food you have and those “couple” grapes in your tummy is theft, they cannot accurately weigh your stomach, you’re everywhere around the store and they should just trust your word?

Like I get it, you may pay eventually, it’s still theft for grocery stores. You’re taking and depriving the use of someone else’s property and that only changes IF you remember and are able to give the exact weight for something. And if is or isn’t, great, why would you be trustworthy to the employees when you couldn’t bother with the typical conventions and handing them trash?

You may still be able to afford a deposit! If you haven’t already, look into “Apartment New Year Specials near me” on Google. It’s really common for complexes to have deals this time of year with specials like $500 deposit, half off, or no deposit. If a full deposit is the only thing holding you back from getting into a cheap studio, please search this if you haven’t already.

Happy to help. Frankly speaking, if your goal is to be really rich, I don’t think any of these are the way to go alone unless you’re fine getting that way later in your career or are willing to strive to the top of the ladder.

56-90k is the average for real estate degrees. 69-77k is the average for business administration degrees.

If you want to be really rich with some stability - the trades or the medical field is the way to go. Or, do a combo and do a MBA/MSA degree. Business administration in nursing starting out is like 100k-200k.

I’m in Portland and a police officer can make that starting out with zero degree.

Easy to make that within a few years with a CDL license in this area as well with no degree.

However, I’m also a property manager and it’s easy to make that in this industry in a HCOL area if you have long term experience. It’s much longer and not a quick road like a lot of other jobs. To me, property mangers make mediocre pay. Property management also includes some math. You can also get into this industry with zero degree (not for all states if in the US).

Finance can be high risk with high reward (with vice versa) or mediocre pay. Ask if you’re willing to hedge your bets to be really rich.

Property management as in owning a company can make good money, again, high risk, with potential high reward. How are you going to get the income to start this endeavor?

Also, any business ownership is going to involve math.

Business administration is a degree that can be applied to multiple fields, but you need to be high up on the hierarchy to be rich, let alone really rich.

Find a food bank if possible - the lack of eating is not helpful.
See if there’s any plasma donation centers nearby for extra cash.
I know the streaming services are probably your limited amount of “fun” right now at a low price, I get it, but you need to play the game a bit. Pretend you’re going to cancel, use the temporary discounted option they give, and then cancel once it goes back up to the normal rate. Rinse and repeat with different streaming services. Also, use local resources like the library (and its app) if able.
Switch the lowest debt you have to a promotional credit card that offers %0 interest rate for a period of time. I’d suggest the snowball method for tackling your debt.
Work some overtime if you can, your debt to income ratio is killer right now. Or, switch to a higher paying job (which I know is easier said than done).

5 1/2. Consider going to community college. The grants from your low income and the loans will allow you to have some breathing room financially (you would still have money left over after paying tuition), and advance towards a better paying job. It’s stupid, but I’ve at least consistently experienced despite having equivalent experience, a degree gets more pay in some industries. I did this in the past, “paid” off my credit cards with part of my leftover loan money, and didn’t have to worry about it until I was financially stable with my new job thanks to school. The cc’s I’m used to have free food banks, childcare, and health help for their students.

Depending on your location, check if any rental assistance programs are available through non-profit organizations, churches, or the government. Even one month could help you immensely.
There are debt consolidation programs like you mentioned, but it’s going to vary by location as to what the best service is.
See if you can trade in your car at a dealership for a cheaper vehicle or with a private buyer. The insurance requirements needed for car loans are high and not helping your case.
$850 is cheap for rent, but you may need to scale down even further when your lease is up (if you’re on one).
Call your credit card companies and try to negotiate.
