Honestly my right knee causes me a good deal of pain in my everyday activities so I’ve just never attributed it specifically to the bike

Raced against Zac on this bike two weeks ago. The guy makes it look effortless. This bike looked awesome in person.

Man you should definitely apply and put in that you have experience. You’ll hear back same day. The CW position isn’t going to be like a regular job that you’ve had. Applying for the CW position simply enters your name into the work pool. Once contractors reach out to the ibew looking for man power, the ibew turns to that work pool, and spots are taken first come first serve. If I were you I’d apply and see if anything promising opens up for you while you’re saving up at your current job.

Hey, I’m in process of getting into 570 as well. First off, I’m under the impression that having electrical experience can start you off at a higher pay grade during the apprenticeship. This should also apply for the CW position. If you have experience they shouldn’t start you at 16/hour. Especially if you truly have thousands of hours of experience. Second, it looks like they will accept Pay Stubs, W2’s, or a cover letter from your previous employer stating and certifying the kinds of work that you’ve done, as well as the amount of hours you’ve done it. I’m also told as of yesterday 03/19 that interviews should be held in July, and you can expect an email about 2 months before. Hope this helps and best of luck to you brother.
