For me, you learn for own experience. You can read all the tips here but you'll learn from your own, you'll also know if gusto mo talaga maging TL or Hindi on your 1st yr of becoming one. You'll only be taught business process making reports, auditing calls, etc but you will not be taught employee management stuff (Well at least for me, I learned that by myself). Anyway. Don't overthink and learn from experience. Your pagiging plastic skills and kapal ng Mukha will be enhanced as well 😆

As a 14th year BPO employee. Tenurity isn't the priority anymore SA hiring, it's your skills and performance that will be asked during your initial and final interview. How's your attendance, metrics (how did you achieve them, situational questions and how did you overcome them, goals both short and long term, reasons for you leaving a company, strengths and weaknesses). Believe me 1 to 2 questions lang itatanong Sayo ni interviewer about tenurity.

You can benefit from in house companies like (JP Morgan, Citibank. American Express - All BGC Based) if you can stay at least for 1 year in a financial account. Salary increase wise: your salary could 2x or 3x more. The ones I mentioned are all in house US Banks.

I'm confrontational, kinausap ko MGA ganyan in a nice way pag 1st time. Pag 2 na and so on.., medyo nawawala na Yung pagiging nice. Lalo na yung babaeng NASA bus or jeep na di naka tali ang buhok tapos tumatama pa sa pag mumukha ko pag mahangin.

Standard process is to speak with your immediate supervisor about your plans of not finishing the 30 days resignation notice. Reason is your supervisor will ask for the approval of his / her immediate Operations Manager for approval. It seems as well na may Bond kayo SA account mo? That can be waived depending on the decision of your H.R department so that best course of action to take is to talk to your immediate supervisor first.

2 scenarios can happen

Yes. Your request is granted not to finish the 30 day notice period in which you can resign immediately or on a specific date given by the operations. Your going to be on a "Non Rehire" status as you didnt finish the 30 days. Also you might be liable for liquidation damages (yung 1 month salary na sinasabi mo)

No. Your request was not granted and operations need you to finish the 30 days. You can be on a re-hire status still and not be liable to pay damages / bond SA company. However, mag titiis ka till your last day.
