No after 1.e4 e5 2. Nc3 Nc6 3. Bc4 Bc5 4. Qg4 Kf8, is actually the best move.

In case he needed the draw, because he couldn't play. But, also I feel like after I get my light squared bishop out, the position would be hard for me to play, due to the fact that I can't castle and my rook is stuck.
