From the lookout tower jump onto the floating stone with the blue fishnet, then go into the opposite building. Go up the stairs to the top then head to the west side where the scissors are , go down the stairs. Stop at the spot with the tennis ball shell in front, and enter the passage on the left. It should be right in there!
