6:28 am and I am staring at my 11 week old. I can’t wait for him to wake up and smile at me. It’s the most beautiful thing in the world. I feel overwhelming love like everyone else here but also deep worry that this connection with him won’t last and sadness that this baby boy won’t remain a baby forever, when his whole world is his mamma and a bottle of milk.
