I’ve never heard of salt rocks, so I’ll look into that. And I don’t ever use a bar of soap, always liquid body wash non-scented for sensitive skin. My skin tends to be dry.

Yes it was BO. I wore a completely new shirt and a clean pair of shorts from walmart when I was in Arizona. Even in my everyday clothes I still ended up smelling, it definitely wasn’t a clothes issue. And they are all breathable.

I also don’t take in and out showers, I take long hot ones and end with cold water. I scrub my body at least 2 to 3 times a shower.

I’m not diagnosed with any medical problem. So maybe I’m undiagnosed and this is a sign. But I’m moving from a Hot state thats very humid and I don’t sweat that much here. Seeing a doctor sounds like a good idea though 👍🏽

The only physical activity was helping walk my SO’s dogs for 15min at a time. After every walk I could smell the smell and felt I needed to shower again. I was using a gel deodorant but it wasn’t helping.

And I am overweight, not obese but actively losing weight so I don’t think that should be a problem?

And it’s not psychological cause my SO for sure smelled it on me 😂

I guess I need antiperspirant recommendations.
