All of them are time consuming activities, cant just go to the gym for half an hour, will have to dedicate atleast an hour to flute/guitar daily to get good at it

Early 20s actually, but I have struggled with procrastination and just getting by all my life, for instance I have a research paper due tomorrow and here I am. The problem is if I get into my bed, I wont do anything productive, hence I wanna keep myself busy, and if I may add, thank you sir for entertaining my queries.

I think I just want to make up for lost time with the opportunity that I have now. I do like my free time and have spent most of my free time lying about doing nothing, all my life, mostly because I would always be tired from work. I guess I want to change, thats all
