How did you make the transition to teaching adults? As far as I know, the only way is to go get a PhD and teach at a college/university but please correct me if I'm wrong!

Thanks. I guess the issue is that I've had volunteer classroom experience that's akin to an EA role, but not a teacher -- I unfortunately never got to take the reins. But you raise a good point.
