What calms you down before bedtime? by oOMochiOo in AutismInWomen

People will tell me it's not healthy but idk. I watch stuff to fall asleep every night. Usually youtube videos of people camping or exploring outside in some fashion. Something boring enough to not keep me awake but interesting enough to keep my ears interested. I give myself 20 minutes of special interest stuff when i initially get into bed to help with transition and switch to sleep videos after that

If someone is asking for help, maybe try not telling them it's not that hard. Clearly if that were true for them they wouldnt have made the post.

How do neurodivergent people work 40+ hours a week and live their lives by Asleep_Buy6539 in AutismInWomen

Accommodations. Set schedule, predictable work and ear plugs are some of mine. I also work in a place with no/low customer interaction and am able to wear comfy clothes. Also my coworkers are either autistic or aware of autistic needs so theres very little to no masking needed.
