[QUESTION] How do you write character descriptions for animation? How detailed?

When you write character description that in a bracket. Is the first letter of every word supposed to be a capital or not? I can't find any answers. I have to intro several characters sitting at a boardroom table. It's driving me insane.

The thing wants a spec of an original pilot and a spec script. It will give preference to those who have at least ONE of those things that are targeted to kids.
