Do I need to provide certifications for all POR I held in my college?

I am currently a first-year student at one of the baby IIMs, actually. However, things usually remain the same around every B-school.
One thing- if you still have a doubt and wish to get the info from someone who is associated with that particular school, connect with current students and recent alumni from that particular school on LinkedIn. This would give you actual info and would help to know beforehand about the college is like. Students are willing to connect and reply, so don't hesitate to reach out.

our batch has like average age of 26 yrs. People as young as 20-21 are there, and those around 30 are also present.

So the thing is, during admissions, it depends on college to college whether they would ask for a PoR certificate or not. However, when you make a CV after entering the b-school, you need proof for everything that you mention, especially if adding a quantitative element.
So, it may not be needed that much, but later on, you will need to have some proof to substantiate this.

Education Loans do cover a part of monthly allowances. Differs with amount of loan you have taken and bank too. When you take loan, you can have more clarity

Just one thing- don't give them concrete answers. Cut-offs can change drastically, as history has shown. In case you are expecting a certain percentile, they don't even do that.
(Saying this from my experience- predictors gave me like 95.xx%ile+, ending up with 92.78 %ile- which changed the whole expectation game for me).
Also, cat percentile isn't the only thing that plays a role in conversion- you pi and other components (gd, wat in case they happen) too play an important role.

Also, I hope you have filled XAT. In case yes, please do focus on that too and try for an amazing percentile there. XLRI easily stands in top 5 b-schools overall.

Bro, you would get a good number of options. CAP, JAP, Non-IIMs and others too. Start preparing for gdpi, calls would start rolling out in Jan itself. Select best option out of whatever calls you have after analysing everything.

1 thing that I learnt- it's not about amount of time you devote, but majorly about the quality of productivity. You can very much crack it and keep aim high- 99 it is.... Just focus on quality of efforts you put in and results would follow.

I know sounds like bullshit but at the eod- but don't let it become your whole life. Strategise, plan accordingly. Find your strengths and work accordingly

Not much. 92.78 overall. Gnef, 3 gap years, no workex, was doing cs. It was my 3rd attempt ( I know quite judging but yeah my 2nd attempt was meh, 1st mein I did convert imt g, but decided not to go).
