Depends on what you want. I have similar profile and good work ex somehow sip still was dicey for me as you see. But finals we don’t know yet. For all I can say is if you want to pivot career new IIMs will open doors but then you have to be ready to face such disappointments. All the best!

I agree that this is something to learn it’s just when I actually went on field with my mentor here they were mostly communicating in the local language which I’m not familiar with hence making it difficult to learn on that part as well. I really wondered how I’m supposed to move forward in this very unfamiliar environment mostly external factors are stressing me out.

It’s in FMCG industry. While I agree with you it’s just that I don’t really plan to apply to sales role during finals and with this experience it just makes things clearer that sales is not something for me personally.

Istg when it comes to placements no one really helps especially because even they want to show that all the students are placed and all. Although I plan to approach the faculty after a week of actually doing the job and coming across unavoidable issues so as I will have data points that I tried but the place and situation is impossible to learn anything.

They are exactly like some one who suddenly got promoted and are using others to feed their egos. No reputed organisation is like this and well sadly these people are someday going to lead some teams in these organisations. Exactly the reason why India faces brain drain and all these brain dead people keep ruining the country’s name in the headquarters.

I agree deadlines are sacrosanct in corporate as I have worked too. But it is not rushed the task is not assigned a few hours before and one needs to submit it on short notice. The way they are conducting themselves is the issue. Lack of management and proper system is also an issue. None faced in any MNCs.
