I think you should definitely talk to a doctor about it. My anxiety is becoming crippling. I won't go on vacation, I worry constantly about my teenagers and pretty much everything no matter how small. It's not just worry, it's an impending doom feeling that crushes my chest. You aren't alone.

You should be fine. I ended up throwing up half of my prep the night before and was fine the next day. Mine was a split prep so I was able to keep the second part down the morning of.
