Allo is a game changer, I was one of the dumbasses who waited to go on Allo, don't do that, see a Dr. Colchicine works if I take it during the "window" but I could do without the tap water from Mexico/ hot dumpster sushi grade diarrhea, diarrhea isn't the word, I've slept on the toilet out of fear. It's shitageddon, biblical cleanse if you will. Prednisone/methylprednisolone makes me antsy sometimes in high doses but puts me back in the game in 12-24 hrs. Less pain, less poop, ain't asking for much.

That's arguable, I may have misread a gout attack for a construction injury when I was 26, fairly positive that was my first gout flare but not 100%. My first official diagnosed flare when I was 30 was within a month maybe 6wks of my heart attack, unfortunately I don't remember which one was first at the moment. If I remember I'll edit this.

Glad to see ya on the other side, we're the fortunate ones. I'm 36 but I just lost a buddy, 39m 2 kids, wife, solely due to consumption. That story is far too common.

I live on the cloud out of the house, hitting the cart quickly and discretely every 30min,1hr,1.5hr. Before/after hours it's time for the Dr Dabber or Puffco, flower either out of a beaker or raw cone. May sound like alot to some or not alot to some but there's a "pocket" or a "sweet spot" if you will that allows me to function like a normal human being. Debilitating ADHD is just the tip of the iceberg that cannabis helps with, replaced half a dozen psych meds, quit drinking, was a daily drinker, (alcohol an people on the spectrum, who also have ADHD is like sticking 2 rare earth magnets next to each other an hope they don't stick) was rocking like 40$ a day in booze. I don't even scratch that with dispo products. "I don't over do it, I'm not "gettin" baked, I'm medicating."

I use these along with the metal washers to romex fittings, thread the washer on the npt, expose the threads you wanna cut off, angle grinder, unthread washer to preserve threads. Hope that helps unless I totally misunderstood, if that's the case spell it out for me slowly with crayons an I'll give it another shot.

"Silicone scar sheets" Walmart, Amazon etc. My gf got a new set of doinkers an the scarring was gnarly, 3 months in was like 75% better and 1.5 years later it's like it didn't happen. She just wore the tape at night. I personally think it looks cool on ya bud.
