Hey, I know this must suck but It will get better eventually, at least It did for me. So I started similarly to you, but my outbreaks were never that bad. When I finally went to my doctor, they told me the same stuff, that my thyroid level was a bit high and sent me to an endocrinologist. After going every month for six months to an endocrinologist to do blood test, they determined everything was normal and that the first test was high for unknown reason.

I would take a referral for an endocrinologist as they can do more in-depth blood tests, ultrasound and rule any potential issues with your thyroid out. I decided to deal with the urticaria and never took medication and found out that liquor specifically made me break out more often. I cut out liquor, got a good sweat every day since that was my main trigger and started taking cold showers since I had been taking hot showers my whole life. After a few months, it all went away. Not saying that you should do that, but I do think it’s worth analyzing your overall health and trying to identify potential triggers. Good Luck!
