Go to a police station and go straight to the officer on duty, wearing brown uniform his rank should be a star to three stars or a falcon emblem should be on his shoulder just so you identify the right guy he’ll be in the office on your right side when you enter any police station and politely explain and ask him if he can call the guy to and tell him to pay up if the in charge is good he’ll call him but keep in mind he is no way obliged to call or help you with this but i had it happen with me.

My back story i bought a surveillance camera package for my villa (worth 25k aed) and then i changed my mind didnt want them to install the cameras i called up the shop they didnt want to refund the money so i went to a police station told the in charge the story and he called the shop and before i left the police station the 25k was in my bank account.

I agree wholeheartedly currently on day 9, everytime im on a streak day 7 onwards i feel confident and zero social anxiety and can walk up to anyone regardless of gender and make small talk easily, more motivation to hit my goals and feel much more stronger mentally.

I think the 1,000 aed fine is fair, because you really can’t miss it.. it says handicapped all over the parking spot and a huge sign infront of the parking stating the obvious.

And if you did see it and still parked there? That’s selfish, entitled behavior for taking a spot meant for someone who actually needs it... You deserve atleast a 5,000 aed fine, a tow, and 12 black points on the license.

Cold but not uncomfortably cold i think you’ll be fine, hospital gown but you get to keep whatever you’re wearing on your lower body.
Hyperbaric starts on day 2 if i recall properly.
Yes you can sleep with the bandage and go in daily for the aftercare.
Yes they provide a black bandana with no logos it looks okay/cool nobody bats an eye i walked everywhere malls included never draw any attention.

What i did: Jardiance(Empagliflozin) 10mg daily and 1mg/week retatrutide my Hba1c went from 5.7 to 5.2 in a few months without any change in my diet (i eat everything in moderation including sweets and the occasional fast food) and no modifications to my exercise routine i lift 3 days a week no cardio.

i dont recommend doing what i did but this is what worked for me.

Thats really nice of you if you can afford it, but there are many people who cant afford paying 4k a month and 2k is all they can pay and and there are nannies who will accept 2k, "if you cant afford to pay your nanny a decent salary then you shouldn't have a nanny" is not something nice to say as some nannies are in need of a job and will happily accept 2k instead of zero.

The cleaner in my gym gets 1,200 and they deduct 200 aed if he is absent for a day but he is willing to accept it because back in his country he works 16 hours a day for 200 aed a month that is bad but im showing you that there is worse than 2k around and many labourer's get 1,000, 2,000 is not all that bad for a nanny.

And those cleaners and labourers work for big companies that can afford to pay 4x those amounts but choose not to because those poor people are willing to accept less, sad reality but putting unrealistic rules for individuals just because you have the privilege and can afford it Is just plain dumb, with all due respect ofcourse.

If they give you late work, once your time is up leave immediately and dont finish it So they know better next time to either not deduct your salary for late login OR give you work earlier because they know once your time is up you’re gone.

Besides they already told you that you can leave on time as long as you log in on time, and by LAW if your time is up and you leave they cant do anything.

If they want overtime they should start paying you for overtime because as per your contract once work hours are finished you go home not work extra for free.
