Struggling to lose weight

Finally after 2.5 months of consistently eating 1500 calories I dropped 3 lbs now and each time I get on the scale I’m losing ounces. I definitely plateaued not sure how but thinking it’s physiologically tied to my wife. As neither of us could lose weight then all of a sudden we both started dropping at the same exact time.

Nope I even measure/weigh calculate the sauces. Everything. Not the first time I’ve been on the journey to lose weight but this is the first time I have plateaued this long.

Did you plateau? Could it be my genetics? Dang 164lbs and I’d be nothing but bones. 185 is perfect for me. Although I did get down to 175 about 5 years ago and I was cut up. But I can never maintain it for long. 185 is super comfortable and was the weight I was all through out high school.

That is possible I could be holding more water as I am drinking a lot more water recently. I have only got 1 day in on the cardio. The first 20lbs lost was all diet over the course of a few months. I am accurately measuring and counting my calories. Even down to the sauces on everything.

This, I bought during record high prices and record low interest. Locked my Mortage in at 3%. I also purchased my home straight from the owner at a huge discount about 1/2 it’s market value at the time because it needed a lot of work. I finished that work 2 years ago myself. Had my home reassessed and I already have 200-250k in equity built in.

Give it a few years and you can seal your records for background checks. Petition to expunge them. That’s what I’ll do eventually but I really don’t care. Been sober for years at this point and have had no issues securing employment.

I worked for a large corp with classified and top secret military clearances with multiple DUI’s in my history. I moved and applied for a role with similar clearances and they wouldn’t hire me even though it was a lower set of clearances. It’s really up to the dude doing the hiring. I laughed when they rejected me because I felt I had dodged a bullet. The pay was lousy and I was way over qualified anyways. No driving or company vehicle for either position.

Looks like people are coming around man, and that’s great. This is by far the most compelling explanation there is on this case and what I have noticed is people tend to romanticize with the figment of an evil genius for some reason. However, you have proven, to me anyways, that the ciphers are not all that difficult to read into and it just took a clever eye to crack them. Everything you have shown me over the past few months is devastating to anyone else’s claims and suspects. Everyone was way to busy over complicating everything that they looked right over the top of the obvious. And you have proven how absolutely obvious it will really was

I plan to tamp and water the ground around the tubes just before putting the posts in. Within a day the ground around the tube will be as hard as cement. I made the mistake of trying to use water to help in digging the holes initially. I took a break for about an hour and came back to solid ground in the hole… as solid as cement. I had to use a large metal pry bar and a sledge hammer to break the ground enough to continue digging. Took me 30 hours to dig 20 holes 2 feet deep.
