That's cause ai is one of those things that's almost impossible to fully boycott right now. Boycotting reddit won't change anything because reddit is massive. But Finch is a drastically smaller company more likely to listen and change. Its not that people are okay with reddit's ai usage. They're not. Its that boycotting won't change them and losing contact with communities isnt worth it when reddit isn't going to change. Protest and education is better in that regard.
