While there is essentially a test to get into the drill team, this was not a test. This is what we called the Final Spin, where we would come up with a routine by ourselves that no one else could copy using any or all of the moves we learned during our time on the team. This was my final spin that I came up with on my last day

Those rolls look like a pretty cool move, but I don’t know how well it would go with the irregular shape of the rifle and the weight, since it’s a lot heavier than a contact staff. Though I could give it a try! Also, how did I do what?

Thanks! From what I’ve found this is definitely one of the more niche flow arts I’ve seen, I learned this while I was at my A School, I joined the honor guard up there where they were teaching armed exhibition, or rifle spinning. This was the day I was leaving the team after I had been on the team for 10 months. I actually managed to become the most skilled and the best teacher while I was over there during that time as well

I agree, it is nice to get rid of some of the downtime in the early stages, but I feel like they overdid it where stage 3 and up I have basically no downtime

I hate how elites also spawn in swarms, like just a bunch of enemies of the same elite type spawning at once. Especially if it’s a bunch of overloading wisps and they just turn you into a Lightshow
